At GIFTIFI, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to making things right if you're not completely happy with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Some items such as perishable goods, intimate products, and personal care items may not be returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact@giftifi.com with your order details. We will provide return instructions and shipping information.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@giftifi.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
